Starting wages for Dish Apprentice Techs depend on your area:
During your training period, you can earn up to $450 in bonuses, and after six months you’re eligible for promotion to as DISH Tech 1 with a $1/hour raise, and you’ll earn another 5% raise at DISH Tech 2, and a 10% raise for advancement to DISH Tech 3 and 4.
After 90 days of employment, can also earn bonuses of up to $350 on every paycheck based on your performance. (65% of technicians make some type of performance incentive bonus each paycheck!)
Career Growth
Apprentices can advance through the four levels as a DISH Technician, and then there are well-defined paths to Field Service Manager, Operations Manager or Regional Manager. DISH also has a generous tuition-reimbursement policy, so you can get your college paid for as you pursue higher education related to your advancement in your career at DISH.
