Starting Wages and Raise Structure

Starting wages for Dish Apprentice Techs depend on your area:

  • Denver Metro/Englewood: $23/hour
  • Loveland: $21/hour
  • Colorado Springs: $18.50/hour

During your training period, you can earn up to $450 in bonuses, and after six months you’re eligible for promotion to as DISH Tech 1 with a $1/hour raise, and you’ll earn another 5% raise at DISH Tech 2, and a 10% raise for advancement to DISH Tech 3 and 4.

After 90 days of employment, can also earn bonuses of up to $350 on every paycheck based on your performance. (65% of technicians make some type of performance incentive bonus each paycheck!)

IMPORTANT APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be a graduating senior and 18+ at the time of start
  • Must be able to travel out of state to DISH training facility for second week of training (expenses paid)
  • Must be willing to work a four-day, 10-hour work week
  • Must be willing and able to drive company vehicle (gas is paid by company)
